Tafsik provides direct, practical support to build a confident, resilient Jewish community across Canada. Our University Student Helpline stands with Jewish students facing campus harassment or intimidation, antisemitic or antizionist discrimination from professors or administrations, and safety concerns at protests or in residences, connecting them to legal, psychological, and institutional support.
Our Graffiti Watch app allows community members to report antisemitic and hate graffiti in real time, document and track incidents, escalate them to municipalities and law enforcement, and ensure hateful markings are removed quickly and patterns are never ignored.
Through our LGBTJew community builder, we create a space where LGBTQ+ Jews can connect, organize, support one another, push back against antisemitism and antizionism in the LGBTQ+ spaces and build proud, visible, intersectional Jewish identities.
Tafsik is well known for putting on the biggest and best events in Toronto and across Canada. We have hosted major, high-impact events with leading voices such as Douglas Murray, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, Mosab Hassan Yousef, Gad Saad, Colonal John Spencer, Erin Molan, Einat Wilf, and many others, to educate the public, strengthen our allies, and give the Jewish community the intellectual and moral backing it needs in an increasingly hostile environment. We even held the world’s largest Babka Bake with the Babka King to over 700 people, to help our community get our minds out of the depressing state of affairs Jews are experiencing in Canada.
